Derek Broes - Derek Broes a former executive at Microsoft and currently a Senior VP at Paramount Pictures. Derek was one of the creators of Kazaa, the first social network based off of music sharing. Derek's purpose at Paramount is to know and understand everything about social networks. The purpose is to launch movie clips and movie trailers into a social network. The first of this is with VooZoo, which you can find on Facebook. Now he is going to launch the first ever product through a social network, this product is Efusjon. Derek announced that he is leaving his cushy (8-9 figure income-speculation of course) position as Sr.VP of Business Development at Paramount Pictures to dedicate himself fully to Efusjon.

Efusjon is an energy drink company offering a healthy alternative to the current energy drinks
We are currently offering 2 energy drinks (Raw and Edge)
o Raw is an all natural product containing the Acai Berry
o Edge is the same as Raw but also contains a natural caffeine
There are two other energy drinks currently in production (Dawn and Breeze)
o Dawn is an all natural product containing Quercetin
o Breeze is an all natural product containing MangoSteen
Energy drinks are a 9 billion dollar a year industry
o Red Bull is number #1 in sales and spends around $900 million a year in motor sports advertising
o The #2 drink is put out by Amway
o Efusjon is already the # 10 energy drink in its first year
230 Million users on Facebook today, average user is 22-55, average time spent on Facebook is 4 hours per day.
Sometime around 2011-2012, Facebook should pass Google in number of users
No company has ever been fully integrated into Facebook. The ads currently on Facebook are pay-per-click
What does this mean? Rob and Derek are set to launch the first product FULLY integrated into the Facebook social network. No business has ever been able to accomplish this. This is monumental. This is going to be accomplished through a "widget" created by Microsoft under the guidance of Derek Broes. This "widget" has already gone through beta testing which produced 30,000 visitors in 2 hours. The "widget" creates a community within the Facebook community. It has a game, social applications, and much more. Users will be drawn to the "widget" virally. This is truly the first time a product goes Web 2.0 and beyond.
A 2 hour beta test was done in April. During that test there were 30,000 clicks into Efusjon and 2,000 people tried to join.
Efusjon was going to release on Facebook at the end of April 2009, but after the beta test, they realized they needed a much larger stock of product.
Estimates following the beta test, are that approximately 10,000 people will join every 2-3 days during the frenzy period.
The Facebook launch will be in July 2009.
Before the Facebook release, Efusjon will be a featured story on one of the major networks such as CNN or MSNBC. They are currently bidding to see who will have the exclusive rights. News articles will also report the story in the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post, and Chicago Tribune.
After Facebook, the Efusjon energy club will go global. This will be the second push. The business will still operate through Facebook and it will still be viral. When the global launch happens, the matrix will still exist as it was originally designed. Therefore, there will not be a second matrix created for Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. Every new club member will join in the current/existing matrix.
A separate matrix will be released specifically for kids- Instead of earning money, they will earn points. The kids will receive bonuses and higher levels in the game if their parents join the Efusjon Energy Club. Points can be redeemed for downloads, games, etc.

THE COMMUNITY MATRIX
The business matrix was created in a fashion similar to a social network. It employs community overlap and directs links to your business. It allows people to get paid commission through a viral social network.
This Matrix has been copy written
The Matrix is based on the power of three
o When you enroll three people, you have reached the highest position in the company-Executive. You are then qualified to receive commissions.
You receive 4.25% ($5.10) commission on every person you enroll, and every person they enroll and so on, and so on, down the line
You receive 1% ($1.20) commission on all of your community overlap
o Community overlap is when someone above you or next to you enrolls someone who then falls in your matrix
o Basically you receive 1% off of someone you had nothing to do with that comes into your matrix
The company matrix is infinitely deep, but YOUR matrix is 15 levels deep. There is a maximum of just over 131,000 people in one matrix and it is built as follows:

Each level is greater than the sum total of the levels above. Therefore, there is always more money coming in than going out making it possible to continually receive a pay check
After you enroll your three people, if you then help them to enroll their three and their three to enroll three more, your matrix will grow exponentially and do so quickly, remember always to pay it forward
Even if you only enroll one person a month for 12 months and the people you enroll do the same, after 12 months you will be making greater than $10,000 per month...not taking into effect community overlap
