3. Make sure you allow adequate time in the morning for parking (if not staying at the Radisson) and length of wait time in registration lines to still make it in your seats by 8:45 a.m.
4. We will be taking credit cards at both the registration booths as well as the eGear store. However, if you’d like to avoid potentially long lines, feel free to have cash on hand which will allow for a speedier transaction.
5. There is no mandatory dress code for the daytime events or the dinner in the evening, however, feel free to dress in business casual attire during the day and semi-formal attire for the evening dinner if you wish. We will allow some time before dinner for you to return to your hotel and get changed if you would like to do so.

Annual efusjon P&P/Agreement Updates
Hello efusjon Team,
With the start of each new year, we take the opportunity to do an annual review of our Policies and Procedures as well as our Distributor Agreements. We have made some additional enhancements to the verbiage contained in these documents and we encourage all of you to take some time to review them.
We have also taken some time to review and update the verbiage within our compensation plan. Nothing has been changed in the compensation plan, we simply wanted to highlight some of the features that it contains. As a reminder, there are several ways to maintain your commission eligibility in the efusjon Community Matrix Compensation Plan. These options have always been available to you but we wanted to make sure that all of our Distributors are able to take advantage of every opportunity that we have. Your monthly personal sales volume of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) as a requirement to participate in the efusjon Community Compensation Plan can be achieved through one of several options, or a combination thereof:
1. Retail Sales from the products purchased by others through your efusjon replicated website or from the resale of efusjon products to others.
- Unlike many other direct marketing opportunities, efusjon pays you a commission on your Retail Sales volume as well as allowing it to potentially qualify you for participation in our Community Matrix Compensation Plan! For example: If 4 separate individuals placed an order for a 12-pack of product from your efusjon website you would receive commission for the retail sale AND would be qualified that month for participation in efusjon’s Community Matrix Compensation Plan.
2. Monthly Autoship of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) or more.
- This is not a requirement, but simply a convenient option which makes it easier to receive the product that you need without having to place a manual order each month.
3. Manual Orders placed by you for efusjon products through your back office.
- Any manual order(s) of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) or more per month from your efusjon back office will qualify you that month for participation in efusjon’s Community Matrix Compensation Plan.
Please take a few minutes to review our updated Policies and Procedures, Distributor Agreement and Compensation Plan verbiage located on your efusjon website.

We’re down to just 2 ½ short weeks until The efusjon Revolution commences on the 30th. We are thrilled for this event and cannot wait to see and meet each one of you! As the deadline approaches for early registration discounts, just a quick reminder: all tickets including Dinner & Entertainment must be purchased before Saturday, January 16th. After this date, Dinner and Entertainment tickets will no longer be available.
After receiving some great positive feedback from the field regarding Guest Passes, we would like to extend this opportunity beyond the 15th. We realize that each of you has a unique circumstance regarding your income and the way that you get paid, so we want to accommodate those who need to purchase their tickets after the 15th and would still like to take advantage of the Guest Pass option. After six weeks as one of your Master Distributors, I can honestly tell you that it has been six of the best weeks of my life. During this time period, I have asked every leader I talked to why they joined the efusjon Energy Club, and their answers were two-fold – because of the great Product and the simplicity of just getting 3 people.
After hundreds of face-to-face meetings, Conference Calls, and 3-Way Calls, I can tell you that the pulse and heartbeat of this company is stronger than it has ever been. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you as we head toward the efusjon Revolution on January 30th in Salt Lake City. I have personally seen what is going to be unveiled on that day and I can tell you it will change your life. With that being said, my challenge to each of you, including myself, is to make sure you have your 3 and do whatever you can to help those individuals to get their 3 by January 30th. In closing, I leave all of you with one of my favorite quotes from Napoleon Hill: “The secret to success is persistence and determination.”

As we continue to grow and begin to expand internationally, we are delighted to introduce to you Ian Parker, who is the newest member of our efusjon corporate team.
Ian resides in the U.K. and has over 30 years of experience with international business and distribution. He will be working from our U.K. efusjon office and will also be making occasional visits to the USA. As we push forward with our efforts to get ready for our launch into the U.K., Ian’s talents and experience will be instrumental in expediting this process as well as further international expansion.

efusjon Matrix Compression Update
As you all know, the first compression cycle took place yesterday. Before beginning the compression, we committed the monthly cycle which flushed out all of the Members who had canceled or become ineligible due to lack of sales volume. Please remember that some of the losses that you experienced were due to regular attrition which occurs every month.
We then prepared to begin the compression cycle. This occurred after numerous tests had been done and several scenarios had been considered. Even with much preparation, some things are not apparent until the actual compression takes place. Because of this, we are grateful for all of the feedback that we received from you in the field. We received messages of excitement as well as messages of disappointment. This caused us to search within the matrix for other ways to make sure that things had been compressed properly. During this search we discovered a slight glitch that could be fixed very easily. We have made the fix and have completed the new cycle of compression which will now allow you to access your Matrix and continue enrolling new Associates.
In comparison to the last compression, you will likely see different results after this cycle in regards to the placement of your enrollees. Things should be correct and complete. If you feel as though your matrix has any inaccuracies, please don’t hesitate to let us know by sending a message through the Customer Service Center located in your back office and we will help to provide clarification for you. Please give as much detail as possible. We are very confident that this compression cycle was completed successfully without any error.
We want to remind all of you of a couple of things. First of all, we were told from everyone in the field who we spoke with that they wanted us to figure out a way to do compression. Some of the reasons for this were because there were gaps in the matrix and this allowed people to enter in at a higher location and be “gifted” a great spot without having to earn it, while others below them who had worked hard for several months remained in lower positions.
In addition, as we expand internationally, without compression all of those new enrollees would be placed in the first available positions, allowing them to be placed above some of you in the matrix. The goal of the compression was to get rid of gaps and holes, not to increase or take away your overlap. Any overlap received is simply an added bonus to your commissions and you must still work with your enrollees to build a solid efusjon business. However, we did state that as a result of the compression, some would experience an increase or decrease in their overlap, as stated in our email sent on December 16th, as well as in many email reminders. first compression cycle has now been completed
Hello efusjon Team,
We are very pleased to announce that the first compression cycle has now been completed successfully! This first compression is by far the biggest shift in overlap you’ll see for any compression cycle, which means that for some people there may be a decrease in overlap and for others there may be an increase. Others may experience no changes at all. However, one of the greatest benefits of the overlap is that every single active Distributor within the efusjon matrix is now connected and there are no holes above anyone. Please also note that all rank titles (Member, Associate, Executive) will be updated to reflect current status after midnight EST this evening.
Going forward, the monthly compression will automatically take place after the cycle has been committed during the first week of each month. The compression cycle will take about an hour, during which time you will be unable to view your community matrix, and after it is complete you will be able to continue enrolling people and accessing your matrix. The rank titles will also be updated after midnight EST that day.
We are excited to finally be a more tightly connected efusjon community. We hope that this will only help to enhance your ability to organize and expand your efforts as your businesses continue to grow.

Benefits of Quercetin - the spotlight ingredient in efusjon DAWN!
Quercetin belongs to a group of plant pigments called flavonoids that give many fruits, flowers, and vegetables their color.
Flavonoids such as quercetin are antioxidants -- they scavenge damaging particles in the body known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Antioxidants can neutralize free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause. They also help keep LDL ("bad") cholesterol from being damaged, which scientists think may contribute to heart disease. In test tubes, quercetin has strong antioxidant properties. Quercetin acts like an antihistamine and an anti-inflammatory, and may help protect against heart disease and cancer.
Allergies, Asthma, Hay Fever and Hives
In test tubes, quercetin prevents immune cells from releasing histamines, chemicals that cause allergic reactions. On that basis, researchers think that quercetin may help reduce symptoms of allergies including runny nose, watery eyes, hives, and swelling of the face and lips.
Heart Disease
Test tube, animal, and some population-based studies suggest that the flavonoids quercetin, resveratrol, and catechins (all found in high concentration in red wine) may help reduce the risk of atherosclerosis (plaque build up in arteries that can lead to heart attack or stroke). These nutrients appear to protect against the damage caused by LDL ("bad") cholesterol and may help prevent death from heart disease. However, most human studies have looked at flavonoids in the diet, not as a supplements. Animal studies have used extremely large amounts of flavonoids (more than you could get through a supplement).
High Cholesterol
Test tubes studies have shown that quercetin prevents damage to LDL cholesterol. Population studies, meanwhile, show that people who eat diets high in flavonoids have lower cholesterol. One study showed that people who took quercetin and an alcohol-free red wine extract (which contains quercetin) had less damage to LDL cholesterol.
Interstitial Cystitis
Two small studies suggested that people with interstitial cystitis might benefit from flavonoids. People with this condition have bladder pain, similar to a bladder infection, and often experience an urgent need to urinate. In both studies, those who took a supplement containing quercetin appeared to have fewer symptoms.
Prostatitis
Some preliminary evidence indicates that quercetin might reduce symptoms of prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate). One small study showed that men who took quercetin had a reduction in symptoms compared to men who took placebo.
Rheumatoid Arthritis
There are reports of people with rheumatoid arthritis who had fewer symptoms when they switched from a typical Western diet to a vegan diet with lots of uncooked berries, fruits, vegetables, nuts, roots, seeds, and sprouts containing antioxidants, including quercetin.
Cancer
Quercetin and other flavonoids contained in fruits and vegetables have long been considered important in possibly helping prevent cancer. We are excited to announce that beginning tomorrow, January 5, 2010 you will literally have efusjon Customer Service at your fingertips! As indicated in previous emails, we have made significant enhancements to our Customer Service delivery model. You will now have several different avenues to choose from to contact Customer Service including the ability to Ask a Question via web form, Live Chat with a Customer Service Representative or call us via telephone. You will also now have the capability to utilize the efusjon fully-indexed and searchable Knowledge Base. This is all part of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software System.
Our Customer Service number will remain the same (541-306-4450) but we will no longer be accepting direct emails at customerservice@efusjon.com. The only method of contact for Customer Service is through the CRM in your back office or via telephone.
To access the efusjon CRM just login to your efusjon Back Office and select the “Customer Service Center” link on the left. Once this has been selected it will take you directly to the Customer Service Home Page where you can access this feature-rich software and contact Customer Service or search the Knowledge Base. This feature is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Customer Service Center can help you find an answer to your question by showing you the most popular answers in the Knowledge Base or you can search for something more specific using keywords.
You can Ask a Question by filling in the necessary fields and submitting the form to Customer Service. Please note this is a two-step process. ***The matrix compression will officially take place this Thursday, January 7th, at 9:00 a.m. PST. This means that you will have until that time to re-qualify yourself in the matrix or finalize your enrollees and positions. Due to the overwhelming response we have received from people who want to make sure they are a part of this compression, we have made sure to allow some extra time for those who haven't finished the process. Below is the email previously sent out that explains how this compression will work. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
The Matrix is structured to place new Associates under their enroller in the first available position, top to bottom, left to right. When a Distributor cancels their membership or loses their sales position in the Matrix, this creates a gap or “hole” in the enroller’s Matrix unless it is filled again. This sometimes presents a unique challenge to Distributors who want to keep their Matrix tightly structured and well-organized. Many of you have made efforts to manually “compress” your matrix in hopes of doing just that.
Starting at the beginning of January we will be compressing the efusjon Matrix automatically for you on a monthly basis. This will occur along with the close of each commission cycle at the very beginning of every month. Once the first cycle of compression takes place, you may notice significant changes or improvements to the structure of your matrix. However, all personal enrollees will always remain under their enroller. Every month after that will show less and less change, depending on the number of personally enrolled Distributors who may have become active or inactive during the prior month. An easy way to think about compression is to follow the current structure of the Matrix in a backward motion. In other words, all personal enrollees will be moved to the first available position, under their current enroller, from right to left, bottom to top, until there are no gaps or holes left.
There will be a one-time, unique opportunity for those of you who re-activate before the beginning of January! Typically, if you re-activate after losing your spot in the Matrix you would be placed in the first available position under your previous enroller, and potentially below those you had enrolled as well as anyone else who had joined that downline during your inactivity. However, if you re-activate before the beginning of January, you will have a spot under your previous enroller, and will be above those whom you had enrolled and those who joined that downline during your inactivity. It is very important that you understand that this opportunity is for the first compression and the first compression ONLY. Those who re-activate after the first compression occurs will automatically be placed in the first available position in the bottom of their enroller’s matrix. This means that it is highly beneficial to remain in the Matrix or to get back into the Matrix if you want to be in the same position!
If any of you have not reached your required sales volume and don’t currently hold an active sales position in the Matrix, don’t worry. You still have an opportunity to get back into the Matrix before the first compression takes place by retailing or purchasing $120 of product.
