efusjon Customer Service at your fingertips

Hello efusjon Team,

We are excited to announce that beginning tomorrow, January 5, 2010 you will literally have efusjon Customer Service at your fingertips! As indicated in previous emails, we have made significant enhancements to our Customer Service delivery model. You will now have several different avenues to choose from to contact Customer Service including the ability to Ask a Question via web form, Live Chat with a Customer Service Representative or call us via telephone. You will also now have the capability to utilize the efusjon fully-indexed and searchable Knowledge Base. This is all part of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software System.

Our Customer Service number will remain the same (541-306-4450) but we will no longer be accepting direct emails at customerservice@efusjon.com. The only method of contact for Customer Service is through the CRM in your back office or via telephone.

To access the efusjon CRM just login to your efusjon Back Office and select the “Customer Service Center” link on the left. Once this has been selected it will take you directly to the Customer Service Home Page where you can access this feature-rich software and contact Customer Service or search the Knowledge Base. This feature is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Customer Service Center can help you find an answer to your question by showing you the most popular answers in the Knowledge Base or you can search for something more specific using keywords.

You can Ask a Question by filling in the necessary fields and submitting the form to Customer Service. Please note this is a two-step process. This feature is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The responses from Customer Service can be found under the “My Account” tab, usually within the next business day.

If you prefer immediate assistance you can Chat with a Live Customer Service Representative. Please note the Chat hours of operation when requesting this service.

The Customer Service hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Company Holidays.
