Annual efusjon P&P/Agreement Updates

Hello efusjon Team,

With the start of each new year, we take the opportunity to do an annual review of our Policies and Procedures as well as our Distributor Agreements. We have made some additional enhancements to the verbiage contained in these documents and we encourage all of you to take some time to review them.

We have also taken some time to review and update the verbiage within our compensation plan. Nothing has been changed in the compensation plan, we simply wanted to highlight some of the features that it contains. As a reminder, there are several ways to maintain your commission eligibility in the efusjon Community Matrix Compensation Plan. These options have always been available to you but we wanted to make sure that all of our Distributors are able to take advantage of every opportunity that we have. Your monthly personal sales volume of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) as a requirement to participate in the efusjon Community Compensation Plan can be achieved through one of several options, or a combination thereof:

1. Retail Sales from the products purchased by others through your efusjon replicated website or from the resale of efusjon products to others.

- Unlike many other direct marketing opportunities, efusjon pays you a commission on your Retail Sales volume as well as allowing it to potentially qualify you for participation in our Community Matrix Compensation Plan! For example: If 4 separate individuals placed an order for a 12-pack of product from your efusjon website you would receive commission for the retail sale AND would be qualified that month for participation in efusjon’s Community Matrix Compensation Plan.

2. Monthly Autoship of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) or more.

- This is not a requirement, but simply a convenient option which makes it easier to receive the product that you need without having to place a manual order each month.

3. Manual Orders placed by you for efusjon products through your back office.

- Any manual order(s) of one hundred twenty dollars ($120 USD) or more per month from your efusjon back office will qualify you that month for participation in efusjon’s Community Matrix Compensation Plan.
